I served in 113th FA Battalion, 30th Infantry Division in WWII. Accompanied by my oldest son (I learned of his birth in a foxhole in Normandy) I returned in 2005 to some sites of which I had photos from 1944-45. Here are some Then and Now shots. Add them to the 30th portion is you wish. It was our first post-combat billet  StadtKirchke-Possneck - 1945 and 2005  Bill Fuller at Fort Eben Emael in 1944.
