Bruno Max

There was an educated German POW named Bruno Max that was at the hospital, I would like to know what ever became of him. He had said he hoped to return to this country when the war ended. His is the only full name I remember, most names were long and not easy to remember [or even pronounce]. Is there anywhere we might find any information  on whatever became of him? He was the interpreter and sort of the POW 'leader', I believe.  He would be pretty old now, as I was 16 then and he was older by several years, I think. June DeSpain McKay Wakeman Hospital Helper
