Italian Prisoners of War
Short Movie Clip
Whether this film of Italian Prisoners of War, was made at Camp Atterbury, is certainly debatable.  Nowhere is Camp Atterbury listed as the source, however, the background is the same, and the three POWs mowing grass with push mowers closely resemble still photos that were taken at Camp Atterbury.  A couple of drawbacks, might be the view of a small hill and a small depression in the playing field.  Those did not exist at Camp Atterbury.

The film gives a good view of the 6-sided concrete guardtowers.

Regardless, most of the POW camps were nearly identical in size and construction.  The activities were similar.  The film gives a good example of life in the camp.
