Trenching and beginning framing for one of the underground tunnels underneath the passageways
Center building will become the Wakeman Hospital Headquarters. It still exists today as the Job Corps Headquarters.
Underground tunnel now framed and ready for concrete. Probably taken from the rear of the Headquarters building and looking North.
