1.  Current regulations (Par 30, Section VI, AR 210-10, dated 12 January 1950) prescribe the preparation and maintenance of a Post Diary.

2.  I have established a Post Historical Section with an officer being designated as the Post Historian who is charged with the responsibility of preparing the Post Diary and bringing to up to date from date of reactivation.

3.  I would appreciate a report in chronological order of all noteworthy events of historical or statistical interest, insofar as pertains to the 28th Division since its arrival at Camp Atterbury. I would also appreciate any future reports of this nature that you deem advisable to be placed in the Post Diary.
