SECOND ARMY TyllAIDHA 322 1. By direction of the President and the Secretary of Defense, under authority conferred by the Selective Service Act of 1950 (Public Law 599, 81st Congress), as contained in WCL 37908, 11 August 1950, the following units and members thereof of the Organized Reserve Corps are ordered into active military service of the United States on the dates and at the locations shown, to serve in active military service of the United States for a period of twenty-one (21) consecutive months, or such period as may be authorized by law, unless sooner relieved.
2. Units are ordered into active military service using the T/O&E under which presently organized. Required re-designation and/or reorganization of units under T/O&E's as indicated above will be accomplished at the earliest practicable date upon arrival at training station. 3. Individual and T/O&E organizational supplies and equipment now on hand will accompany the units upon entry into active military service. 4 a. Personnel assigned to the units listed, including the commander, will be retained in their present positions insofar as practicable so long as the individual's qualifications permit. b. The Commanding Officers of the above units will indorse copies of this order with a statement that individual entered on A/D as a member of the unit on the effective date of entry of the unit into active military service. 5. The following named Officers and Enlisted Pers (White) of the 388th Evacuation Hospital - 750 Bed, will proceed from Toledo, Ohio, to Camp Atterbury, Indiana, on or about 22 Sep 50, reporting to the CG thereat for dy not later than 23 Sep 50. TDN. TC will furnish T. TPA is auth providing reporting date at Camp Atterbury, Indiana, is not later than 23 Sep 50. In accordance w/SR 55-115-1, 25 May 49, TC will determine and issue necessary number of meal tickets required provided tvl is performed by rail. If tvl is performed by TPA allowance for subs is auth and payment will be made by FD upon compl of journey in accordance w/provisions of AR 35-4810-1, 1 June 48, as amended. Expenses incident to this movement are chargeable to A 2110425 1-45 P 431-02, 03, 04, 05, 07 S 99-999. Ref C3, SR 35-210-51.
